I. Chair Melvin Philpot called the meeting to order at 2:11 p.m.

II. Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance

Commissioner Victoria N. Murphy led the Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance.

IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES

   Vice Chair Dan Ping moved, seconded by Commissioner Victoria Murphy, and carried that the Board approve the February 8, 2024, minutes of the Board of Commissioners' meeting. The Commissioners voted as follows.

V. FINANCIAL REPORT

Mr. Michael Simmons, Orlando Housing Authority Vice President of Administration, presented the financial report.

VI. RESOLUTIONS

RESOLUTION NO.: 2024-01
AUTHORIZING A MASTER DEVELOPER AGREEMENT WITH WENDOVER HOUSING PARTNERS, INCORPORATED FOR THE REDEVELOPMENT OF PUBLIC HOUSING SITES FORMERLY KNOWN AS EDWARD HIGGINS TERRACE, COWAN MOUGHTON TERRACE, REDDING GARDENS PHASE II, AND CASTLE BREWER COURT

Commissioner Alvin Moore requested that the Resolution be pulled for further discussion. Mr. Ayub Fleming explained the Resolution. After a thorough discussion, a motion was made by Vice-Chair Dan Ping, seconded by Commissioner Alvin Moore, and carried that the Board  approve to table Resolution 2024-01. The Commissioners voted as follows:

   Mr. Ayub Fleming discussed the information submitted to the Board regarding the SHA office.
   
   
3. William Clark Court Disposition Application update
   
   
4. Moving to Work
   Ms. Kesha Brown, MTW Coordinator, provided a summary of the Moving to Work Plan and informed the Board that a Public Hearing will be held on May 28, 2024.
   
   
5. Tour of SHA Transformations by OHA ad Lift Orlando
   Ms. Vivian Bryant, Esq. President/CEO discussed the Tour of SHA
