The Board Meeting Minutes were tabled due to no quorum.

Mr. Michael Simmons, Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Administration presented the financial report.

   Mr. Ayub Fleming, OHA's Vice President of Operations, presented the Management Report.
   
   
2. Ms. Vivian Bryant, Esq., President/CEO, discussed the conflict-of-interest forms required by HUD.
   
   
3. Conferences
   Ms. Bryant discussed the upcoming conferences.
