I. Chair Melvin Philpot call the monthly meeting to order at 2:07 p.m.

II. Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance

Vice-Chair Dan Ping led the Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance.

IV. PUBLIC HEARING

1. Open Public Hearing
   Chair Philpot opened the Public Hearing.
   
   1. Ms. Kesha Brown, MTW Coordinator, presented a summary of the MTW Plan.
   2. Ms. Gaile Plowden presented the Annual 5-Year Plan Amendment and Moving to Work Supplement.

   There were no comments. Chair Philpot closed the Public Hearing.

V. RESOLUTIONS

RESOLUTION NO.: 2024-01
AUTHORIZING A MASTER DEVELOPER AGREEMENT WITH WENDOVER PARTNERS, INCORPORATED FOR THE REDEVELOPMENT OF PUBLIC HOUSING SITES FORMERLY KNOWN AS EDWARD HIGGINS TERRACE, COWAN MOUGHTON TERRACE, REDDING GARDENS PHASE II, AND CASTLE BREWER COURT

A motion was made by Commissioner Twila Roberts, seconded by Commissioner Victoria Murphy, and carried that the Board approve Resolution 2024-01. The Commissioners voted as follows:

1. Wendover Master Developer Agreement
   1. Attorney Ric Gilmore provided a brief overview of the Master Developer Agreement.
   2. Jane Dixon, with the TAG Association, presented on the MDA and answered all questions from the Board of Commissioners.

VIII. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 3:09 p.m.
