I. Chair Melvin Philpot called the monthly meeting to order at 2:05 pm.

   A motion was made by Vice Chair Dan Ping, seconded by Commissioner Victoria Murphy, and carried that the Board approve by acclamation the May 11, 2023, minutes of the Board of Commissioners' meeting. The Commissioners voted as follows.
