I. The monthly meeting was called to order at 2:13 p.m. by Chair Melvin Philpot.

Gail Plowden with Orlando Housing Authority presents "Annual Civil Rights Certification" There was no public comments.

IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - January 13, 2022
A motion was made by Commissioner Murphy, seconded by Vice-Chair Ping, and carried, that the board approve the January 13, 2022, minutes of the Board of Commissioners' meeting. The Commissioners voted as follows:

The Financial report was given by Michael Simmons, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the Orlando and the Sanford Housing Authorities.

VI. Approval Resolution 2022-1 - HUD Form 5007 -CR "Annual Civil Rights Certification and Resolution"

A motion was made by Commissioner Brian Dodd, seconded by Commissioner Victoria Murphy, and carried, that the board approve the Resolution 2022-1. The Commissioners voted as follows:

A. Management Report

The Management Report was given and thoroughly discussed by Ayub Fleming. General Counsel Ric Gilmore gave an update on the sale of William Clark Court to the City of Sanford. The board voted to move forward with the sale.

A motion was made by Vice-Chair Dan Ping, seconded by Commissioner Victoria Murphy, and carried, to move forward with the sale of William Clark Court to the City of Sanford. The Commissioners voted as follows:
