I. The monthly meeting was called to order at 2:00 p.m. by Chair Melvin Philpot.

A motion was made by Commissioner Alvin Moore, seconded by Commissioner Victoria Murphy, and carried, that the board approve the July 26, 2022, minutes of the Board of Commissioner's meeting. The Commissioners voted as follows:

Management Report

1. The Management Report was given and thoroughly discussed by Ayub Fleming.
2. Attorney Ricardo Gilmore gives an update on the sale of William Clark Court.

Chair Philpot congratulated Ms. Bryant on being recognized by Onyx Magazine's Women on the Move of female leaders March 10, 2023. Ms. Bryant invited the SHA Board to attend.
