ORLANDO HOUSING AUTHORITY AMENDMENT MOVING TO WORK PLAN FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025/YEAR 14

APRIL 1, 2024 TO MARCH 31, 2025

The Orlando Housing Authority Fiscal Year 2025 Plan describes OHA's MTW Program activities designed to (1) increase self-sufficiency among families served, (2) reduce costs and achieve greater cost-effectiveness in Federal expenditures, and (3) increase housing choices for low-income families. The Plan delineates implementation strategies and timeframes for proposed and approved activities and uses of MTW funds for the period of April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025. "In this proposed amendment, the OHA would submit an alternative means of adopting Small Area Fair Market Rents (SAFMRs) to the SAFMRs proposed by U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for implementation by January 1, 2025, for prompt HUD approval and implementation."
